To personalise your candle, leave your custom wording and preferred scent in the order notes at checkout. Custom wording is printed exactly as submitted, so please check spelling, names, dates and punctuation carefully before placing your order.

If no custom wording is provided, your candle will be made with the original “Created With a Purpose” design as shown. If no scent is selected, the candle may be completed unscented.

Personalised candles are made to order and require approximately 48–72 hours production time before dispatch or collection.

Because personalised items are custom made, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once production has started, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts and anything flammable. Burn only on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Trim wick to approximately 5mm before each use and stop using when about 1cm of wax remains.

Packed in a neat gift-ready box with decorative filler. Packaging style may vary slightly depending on availability, while still keeping the overall Purely Euphoria gifting look and feel.

For best results, place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface before lighting. Keep it away from children, pets, curtains, paper, bedding and anything flammable.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep the candle away from drafts and do not move it while the wax is melted or the jar is hot.

Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use to help the candle burn evenly. Do not burn for longer than 3–4 hours at a time.

Stop using the candle when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
