However, occasional errors may occur. These may include pricing errors, stock errors, product description errors, image differences, or service information that requires clarification.
Purely Euphoria reserves the right to correct any errors, update information, cancel affected orders, or contact you with an alternative solution where necessary.
Product images are for display purposes and may differ slightly from the final product due to lighting, screen settings, supplier variations, packaging changes, handmade presentation, or stock availability.
6. Making a Purchase
When you place an order through our website or through an approved payment link, you are responsible for checking that all order information is correct before completing payment.
Please check:

7. Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made through the payment methods available on our website or through an approved payment link or invoice provided by Purely Euphoria.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
For EFT payments, orders will only be processed once funds have cleared and reflected in our account. Please keep this in mind when placing urgent orders.
For bulk, corporate, custom, personalised, or service-based orders, a deposit or full payment may be required before work begins, stock is ordered, or services are delivered.
Purely Euphoria does not store your full payment card details. Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers.
8. Pricing, Promotions, and Discount Codes
Prices may change without prior notice.
Promotions, discounts, bundles, special offers, and free gifts are subject to availability and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time.
Discount codes must be applied before checkout. We cannot guarantee that a discount can be applied after an order has already been placed.
Unless clearly stated, promotions and discount codes may not be combined.
If a product or service is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical, human, or system error, Purely Euphoria reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid or offer the correct price for approval.
9. Physical Products
Physical products may include gift boxes, gift sets, hampers, stationery, journals, lifestyle products, accessories, seasonal products, custom items, and bundle deals.
We take care to pack and present our products beautifully and securely. However, gift boxes and hampers may vary slightly depending on product availability, packaging availability, courier safety, and supplier stock.
Where an item in a gift box or hamper becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with another item of similar value, quality, and theme. For major substitutions that materially change the gift, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you before dispatch.
10. Gift Messages and Personalisation
Where gift messages or personalised details are offered, we will use the wording and information supplied by the customer.
Please ensure that names, spelling, dates, wording, and personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
Purely Euphoria is not responsible for errors in gift messages, spelling, grammar, names, dates, or personalisation details supplied incorrectly by the customer.
Once an item has been printed, packed, personalised, produced, or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
11. Delivery and Shipping
Physical orders are delivered within South Africa using third-party courier services.
Delivery fees, estimated delivery times, tracking details, failed delivery processes, and delivery limitations are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. We are not responsible for courier delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather, load shedding, strikes, traffic disruptions, regional delays, incorrect delivery information, courier backlogs, or recipient unavailability.
Deliveries do not usually take place on Sundays or South African public holidays.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, tracking information may be provided where available.
12. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
Certain physical products may qualify for return or exchange if they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise protected under applicable law.
Certain items cannot usually be returned unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. These may include:

- Food items, sweets, snacks, or beverages
- Opened or used products
- Hygiene-sensitive items
- Custom or personalised products
- Digital products after delivery or access has been provided
- Services that have already started or been completed
- Gift boxes or hampers where items have been opened, used, consumed, removed, or damaged after delivery
Please refer to our full Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging and courier label, where applicable
We will review the matter and may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation, product type, and availability.
14. Digital Products
Where Purely Euphoria offers digital products, these may include downloadable PDFs, ebooks, templates, guides, workbooks, digital files, courses, or other online resources.
Digital products are delivered electronically through email, download links, customer accounts, or other digital delivery methods.

- Delays in receiving client information, approvals, access, or feedback may delay the project timeline.
- Marketing performance cannot be guaranteed.
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including budget, offer strength, pricing, website performance, competition, audience behaviour, stock availability, seasonality, platform algorithms, account history, creative quality, and market demand.
We will always aim to provide thoughtful, strategic, and professional support, but we do not guarantee specific sales, leads, revenue, reach, engagement, ranking, return on ad spend, or business results.
16. Service Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
For digital marketing services, payment terms will be confirmed before work begins.
Once a service has started, payments may be non-refundable for work already completed, strategy already prepared, time already allocated, research already conducted, or deliverables already created.
For once-off services, cancellations after work has started may result in partial or no refund depending on the work already completed.
For monthly services or retainers, cancellation terms will be confirmed in the relevant agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a minimum of 30 days’ written notice may be required to cancel monthly support.
Purely Euphoria reserves the right to pause or stop work if payment is overdue, required information is not supplied, access is not provided, or the project falls outside the agreed scope.

- Maintain payment of third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Shopify, email platforms, apps, hosting, or other software used by your business.
Purely Euphoria is not responsible for delays, poor performance, disapprovals, account restrictions, or project issues caused by missing information, incorrect information, delayed approvals, platform limitations, insufficient budget, policy violations, or lack of client cooperation.
18. Platform and Third-Party Services
Some products or services may rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Shopify, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, email marketing platforms, payment gateways, courier companies, design tools, apps, or analytics tools.
Purely Euphoria is not responsible for disruptions, outages, policy changes, account restrictions, payment issues, algorithm changes, delivery delays, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms or service providers.
Where third-party terms apply, you are responsible for complying with those terms.
19. Accounts and Subscriptions
If customer accounts, memberships, subscriptions, or recurring services are offered, you are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and up to date.
Subscription or recurring services may renew automatically according to the plan selected, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation terms will be displayed at checkout, in your account dashboard, or in the relevant service agreement.
No partial refunds are guaranteed for unused periods unless required by law or agreed in writing.
