Because of the nature of digital products (such as eBooks, downloadable PDFs, templates, courses, and subscription content), all digital sales are final. Once your purchase is complete and access or delivery has occurred, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This policy exists to protect the integrity of our content and prevent misuse, as digital products are not returnable like physical items.

We always strive to ensure that your physical purchase brings you absolute delight. However, we acknowledge that sometimes things don’t go as planned. As a South African business, we fully comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and outline your rights and our process below.

🔧 Repair Guarantee
If you choose to have your product repaired and the problem reoccurs within 3 months, we are legally obliged to either:
