Cancellation policy

At Purely Euphoria, we believe in empowering your growth journey through flexible, transparent purchase options. This policy outlines how our digital purchases and subscriptions work, and how you can manage or cancel them.


🛒 Purchase Options

We offer two main purchase types:

1. One-Time Digital Purchases

These are standalone products (e.g., individual eBooks or guides) that are paid for once and delivered instantly via email.

  • ✅ No recurring charges

  • ❌ Cannot be canceled or refunded once delivered

2. Monthly Subscription – R99/month

Our "Subscribe & Save" plan delivers a new digital book each month to your inbox.

  • ✅ Billed automatically every month

  • ✅ Includes exclusive member content and habit tools

  • ✅ Can be canceled anytime before the next billing date


Cancellation Policy

For Subscriptions:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@purelyeuphoria.co.za.

  • To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

  • Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you’ll still receive any content you’ve paid for.

  • After the billing date, we are unable to offer refunds, even if the content has not yet been downloaded or opened.

For One-Time Purchases:

All one-time digital purchases are final and non-refundable, as they are delivered immediately upon payment.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

  • Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access to subscription content.

  • If you cancel and later re-subscribe, your delivery schedule will reset based on the new sign-up date.
