📦 DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Instant Electronic Delivery

All of our digital products (such as eBooks, PDFs, templates, and courses) are delivered electronically. No physical shipment is involved.

How You’ll Receive Your Digital Product:

  • An order confirmation email is sent immediately after purchase.

  • A download link or access credentials are delivered automatically within minutes of payment confirmation.

  • Monthly subscribers will receive new content via email on the same calendar day each month (or on the next business day if it falls on a weekend or public holiday).

Important:

  • Use a valid and frequently checked email address during checkout.

  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see our emails.

  • Add support@purelyeuphoria.com to your email safe sender list.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Instant delivery: Within minutes after payment.

  • Monthly subscriptions: Delivered on your subscription anniversary date.

If you do not receive your digital product within 30 minutes, please contact us.


🚚 TANGIBLE (PHYSICAL) PRODUCTS

We are pleased to offer nationwide shipping within South Africa for our physical product lines.

Shipping Rates:

  • Flat Rate: R99 for orders under R999.

  • Free Shipping: For orders of R1000 or more.

All orders are calculated based on the cart total at checkout.

Delivery Method:

  • We use professional, third-party courier services to deliver your package directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.

  • Deliveries are made door-to-door, during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer depending on courier access.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery to major metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery to outlying or rural areas: up to 7 business days, depending on location.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays, extreme weather, or public holidays.

Important Customer Responsibility:

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete, accurate, and accessible.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may reschedule or contact you directly.

  • Purely Euphoria is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


🚫 International Shipping

At this stage, we currently ship only within South Africa.
International shipping is not available for physical products at this time.


🔐 Order Tracking

  • Once your physical order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
